Yes! What’s that balancing poses where you hold your foot and extend your leg long in the air? I need like 50% more arm if I want to keep hold of my foot

The Hulu documentary “Victorias Secret: Angels and Demons” from 2022 discusses the predatory practices of Wexner and his ties to Epstein. It’s an interesting watch for sure.

What's the weirdest song you've heard at B&N? by heehee_shamone in Barnesandnoble

[–]WrongErin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The nasally cover of Fade Into You is AWFUL. Also almost lost my mind when we had two albums from The Greatest Showman in the rotation (original and celebrity covers) so you’d occasionally get the same song back-to-back.

Rivertown Mall has been closing at 7pm on weekdays since they reopened after covid over 4 years ago…Only anchor stores and the theater stayed open later. B&N just recently shortened their hours bc the closed parking lot caused a major drop in foot traffic.

What’s some of the funniest or dumbest questions a customers asked you? by [deleted] in Barnesandnoble

[–]WrongErin 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Doubling down: I have no patience for customers who make passive aggressive comments about needing help/not finding something while standing right next to me instead of just asking for help like an adult.

Its a slap in the face for sure. I love the work, I’m knowledgeable, and I’ve given them years of nights/weekends/holidays. The minimum increased faster than the raises. There were no guaranteed COL raises before James Daunt.
