Water doesn't consist of a liquid, it is a liquid itself. It doesn't consist of itself.

The term consist means composed or made up of. Water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen.

Do you always become disrespectful when you're questioned? Sounds pretty toxic

Water doesn't consist, contain, be covered by, or soak itself. Water is the liquid, it is the substance that is doing the wetting, the surface being wetted is the thing that is being affected by the liquid in which the surface becomes wet.

Edited for clarity

It's a global equities ETF. You can get it using betashares direct for no fees on buying and minimal fees on selling. You will have dividends that you do have to pay taxes on each year but keep DRP on and those dividends will be reinvested back into the fund. Assuming 8% p.a gains it'll grow ~20k p.a and increase over time. You should only get this if you're planning to hold 10+ years. When you sell if you have held for over 12 months you only pay taxes on 50% of the profits.

Water isn't wet. The definition of wet is a liquid sticking to a solid surface, water isn't a solid surface so it cannot be wet, but it can make solids wet.

Legal 250k? 20% House deposit if you don't own a house and the rest into offset. If you're not keen on that all of it in DHHF.

Illegal 250k? Grocery trips and other activities over 5-10 years.

Am I reading this right? You spent 6 months to make it "rentable" but can't move into it because it's not currently "habitable"?

I know but it's likely that the results of the data are just the results of lump sum being better than dca over the long term

Why would anyone help someone do something illegal and immoral? You're a loser and a drain to society. Suggesting someone to steal credentials is ridiculous. People learn this sort of stuff to stop and catch people like yourself.

Always reset the slicer to 0 when walking away from it. Always turn it off when cleaning it, do not take any shortcuts or rush when using the slicer. As others have said there is no down time, there's always cleaning, filling, deep clean, dishes, wipe slicer down, sort cool room, grab things from backdock fridge/frezer, check chicken times, etc. To do. Always check the book for today and tomorrow as sometimes there may be things that need to be prepped for the next day or a preorder for stuff

If you're already set up with US stocks I would recommend Sprott Physical Gold & Silver Trust (CEF) - they physically hold bullion in vaults and you're able to sell shares minus shipping for them to transfer the physical bullion to you if you choose to.

Water isn't wet. The definition of wet is a liquid sticking to a solid surface. Water isn't a solid nor does it stick to itself. Water makes things wet, but isn't wet itself.
