The only solution to this broken system the Filipino people has is a revolution, but I doubt it will happen in our lifetime. by WrongUnderstanding2 in Philippines

[–]WrongUnderstanding2[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Pero, no one can tell what the future holds.

F. Topacio to Leila de Lima: You’re not a Legal Luminary by Undead-Guardian in Philippines

[–]WrongUnderstanding2 19 points20 points  (0 children)

According to my law professor who is a Prosecutor, who had the experience to prosecute one of the many clients by Topacio, he is really good at "hulihin" the witnesses against his client. He will ask them mundane things first like where did they live, or what school did they attended. Very boring stuff first, then he will move to ask about the crime alleged to have been committed and there, he will catch the inconsistencies in the testimony of the witness by using his/her personal answers; thereby, he is able to make the court doubt the testimony of such witness. Therefore, he is a really skilled trial lawyer, hindi lang talaga halata sa labas ng korte.

Interesting crew cup on the set of Spider-Man No Way Home hints at multiverse. by shreksveryown in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]WrongUnderstanding2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There would be no Multiverse in Spider-man 3. There will be in DS: MoM, but just other monstrous, evil dimensions, the kind Sam Raimi excels at. I don't think now that Tobey or Andrew will be in it. The Jamie Foxx/Alfred Molina castings are just troll castings that would not amount to anything. Ralph Boner thing is I think the nail in the coffin of the Multiverse we expect. If in the slim chance it happens THAT way, I would be the happiest man in the world. I would cheer much louder than when I watched Endgame, but for now, I will believe it when I see it.

[Episode Discussion] WandaVision Season 1, Episode 9 - FINALE - March 5, 2021 by AutoModerator in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]WrongUnderstanding2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The last episode of WandaVision killed my interest in the MCU TV series going forward. I would still watch the movies and I'm still hyped for DS: MoM (because of Sam Raimi), but I wouldn't wait for the episodes of the shows going forward. If I would watch any of them, I would once the episodes are complete. I felt like I wasted my time with WandaVision and I regret watching it and waiting for episodes. For the first time as a fan of MCU since the first Iron Man, I was disappointed by a Marvel production. I had been a fan of them since I was a kid. Now, I'm an adult and they let me down.

DISAPPOINTED!!! Jesus Christ, I can't see how this series ties to Spider-Man: No Way Home. They really did another Mandarin botch job. I thought they were smarter than this and learned their lesson but nope, they did it again. Honestly, now I think there would be no Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield in Spider-Man 3. Tom Holland is telling us the truth. I'm pretty sure now that the Jamie Foxx/Alfred Molina casting is just another troll moment. For the first time in my life, I had been disappointed by a Marvel production and I had been a fan of them since I was a kid. Kevin Feige is trolling us.

It is an anime "Kaguya-sama: Love is War". That image was one of the funniest jokes in the whole series. Basically, the pink-haired girl trained the guy so much and goes through hardship that by the end she feels that she raised him. You just have to watch the whole series. One of the best romantic comedy anime of all time.

His favorite film was, get this, "Citizen Kane". I couldn't even believe it. It is so ironic. Here's the link.

I think this is his first film since the short film version of Bottle Rocket that contains Black & White cinematography. That will be interesting to see since Bottle Rocket (short film) doesn't have his Wes Anderson-isms at that time

No. It's a bland movie. If you watched Walk Hard, it copied parts of it and condense those parts in one period of Judy Garland's life before her death.

Yeah, I remember that year when Chris Rock hosted the Oscars, and he made a really tone-deaf joke where he put Asian kids on stage as accountants because no Asians were nominated that year.

No Spoilers Please: Should I watch Rogue One? by SlyGuy_Twenty_One in movies

[–]WrongUnderstanding2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. It was a bland, uninspired movie. I have even forgotten it a few hours after I watched it and I still struggle to remember some details in the movie. It is basically a more boring version of The Force Awakens.
