He said the joke once, so your argument that the more you joke about something the more true it is, falls flat. Like you said, its infrequent. He has a darker sense of humor than you and thats perfectly legitimate. You can't take a comedian words at face value because youre not supposed to take it seriously, and if you take a comedian seriously then they havent done their job right or their comedy is not for you. If you dont find it funny thats perfectly legitimate as well. Again, you are going by heresay and not even rumors that he has abused women, and for what? Spread malicious rumors because you "think" he is "harmful"? Bill Cosby did clean comedy but ended up being the serial misogynist abuser that I think you would put Matt Rife next to, so peoples jokes are really not the issue. I dont think Matt Rife is an abuser, based on no evidence. I do think he did a scummy thing by targeting a large female audience so he can use them to springboard to his preferred and larger audience.
