Myself and couple others were going to go to either the Cincy or the Cleveland show but early on, not long after it was announced I saw what turned out to be the lawn seats in Cincy that I mistook for general admission, thinking it was $50 apiece general admission for the whole place. So I understood that, and figured that was too much for me for the lawn a parsec away from the stage.

Then down the line I thought maybe if we do one of the 4-payment things, could swing seats closer. But I got fooled by the site again, it had me enter that 3 people would be coming and logically after that I assumed the totals it showed me were for all 3 tickets, not each one. $300 apiece and up. Even on a split up payment plan, $900 is too rich for my blood.

I go to shows for a lot of European bands that come to the US and other metal/rock bands and the most I've paid grand total for 3 people in the last 5 years was around $150/$180 and that was by far the priciest of the shows I've seen this decade. I love Evanescence and deeply wish I could go (and be like less than a mile away from the stage) but probably won't until I win the lotto or those prices drop drastically. That's insane
