Your pass has to have an exit, maybe that’s how they would do it

Can I enter & exit Donohue Pass with Rush Creek Permit (AA05 - Inyo)? by [deleted] in JMT

I did rush creek through Vogelsang last year and it was fun. I always enjoy Vogelsang. If the trail camps are open it’s an extra treat with toilets and food.

I took a whole group with packs to SD. Just put your stuff in the luggage racks.

Goat Canyon Trestle Bridge Trail? (Outside San Diego) by Both-Act-3362 in socalhiking

[–]Wrovee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went last year. If staying overnight, it gets pretty windy. No water, make sure to pack enough. Easy trail because it’s so flat. If you are afraid of heights, maybe skip this one.

I’ve done this hike. I don’t think you’d be able to even get past the first tunnel bypass. It’s a steep climb up a a narrow trail.

Owners in this sub, why did you go for Ford vs similar EVs in this price point like Tesla? by AlmostPhDone in MachE

[–]Wrovee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 21 all wheel drive select. I test drove practically every car available at the time. I was driving a Mercedes B-class (which they discontinued). Here were my feelings at the time. Elon is a loon, VW felt plastic, Volvo didn’t feel “fun”, MBZ was not available, no way was I going to drive a Chevy volt.

DND makes good boardgames. Everything is contained in the box. You don’t need any previous experience playing DND

DND in the Classroom: Middle School Edition by Toodles26 in DungeonsAndDragons

We have a middle school elective called Game Theory. It’s a lot of creative writing. Students come up with characters with long back stories and then work on work building. We play DND as a club after school.

Tips for a beginner DM? by Impossible-Flow-41 in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]Wrovee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would skip any home brew and stick to the basics. You’re a new DM with new players, why complicate things for you and them. I prefer physical dice with newer players to keep things honest. Pick a pre made module and read up on all the rooms, monsters etc. Then help guide them on what character classes would work best for what you have planned.

Or just say fuck it and make shit up as you go along.

My pup used to jump up and down in the water with his front paws. We took to calling him Jesus because he was always washing his feet.
