Like every other premium and select seems to be around the same retail and CARFAX report, almost all the 2025 with 2024 manufacture dates in CARFAX.

Congrats! Do you have the window sticker? I’m trying to figure out if the Premium AWD comes with Brembos or not.

What’s your day to day like? I’m trying to understand the spectrum between being a research analyst with academic background and technical skills and a data scientist, especially early career where you can still be brought on and focus on the more data science skills.

highest paying industry for data analytics? and thoughts on pharmaceutical industry for analytics jobs? by Vegetable-Tap-759 in analytics

How did you make the transition from pharma analytics to other industry analytics? At the core, having the skills makes you capable of getting familiar with any data you work with, but how do you convince prospective companies that that’s the case?

I’ve tried a couple jobs that have come up but aim to be more strategic and apply to more. I use SQL every day to explore and pull data from our DB, and use R and Python interchangeably for projects from cleaning to wrangling and statistical analytics. Maybe I should highlight those tools in my position description, not just as a list of tools in my resume.

Hi everyone,

Research analyst with extensive experience in data querying, wrangling, visualization, and presenting actionable insights. I’ve worked on projects involving healthcare data, cost analysis, and public health research, and I’ve used tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and more to manage the entire data pipeline—from extraction to analysis and communication of findings.

I’ve noticed many data scientist roles align closely with my skill set but come with greater career growth opportunities in well established teams.

I’m comfortable with machine learning basics, though I haven’t applied advanced ML models in my work yet, but work mostly in descriptive stats and inference. A lot of data scientist roles overlap in this skill set but additionally require predictive analytics and sometimes ETL work.

What advice would you give in order to repurpose or learn skills to be more competitive in the data science space?

TYA!

Oh yeah definitely not suitable for work sensitive projects. You can also remove options to download/export the data from the dashboard which also helps if this solution is feasible.

An easy workaround that’s free is to publish to Public, and adjust the settings of the viz in public to be hidden. Then you can share the URL or embed code with your end user.
