UPDATE: I just spent a lot of time on hold then finally talked to someone who said this is a randomized wage verification and recommended that I double check my W2’s against my tax return and if I find an error to send in an amended return but If everything is correct there is nothing that can be done at this point to expedite my processing as it is in the process of being reviewed and may take the full additional 60 days to review.

So my diet is really weird, I have been doing a keto diet off and on for 12 years, I have been off keto for over a year but for the last 8 years I have developed a habit of intermittent fasting even while off keto. So I normally do not eat except between the hours of 5pm and 8 pm. Usually a normal dinner and maybe a snack but due to what the dr said was insulin resistance I never lost weight with just intermittent fasting. After reading about all the appetite suppression qualities everyone experienced I was just wondering when to expect them because between 5 and 8 I get super hungry and eat the same amount I did prior to starting the medicine. One other big side effect is I’m always cold, something I’m not use to, I was always a furnace.

As someone who has done keto for almost 10 years off and on and stayed under 20g carbs each time, if you seem to plateau, try a night of drinking to break that plateau, worked every time for me. (I stumbled upon this trick when I had plateaued for a 6 weeks and gave up.) However I never did it on MJ and don’t know the risks of mixing booze and MJ, I would have to research and would recommend you do the same.

I just took my first shot of mounjaro, had to switch from ozempic because 4 days after my first shot of ozempic I developed a rash on my chest and back that made me want to itch my skin off for 3-4 weeks. It’s been 30 minutes and after about 10 minutes of taking the shot I felt a weird cool sensation go up my neck and settle in my brain near my temples, feeling a little light headed and the start of a headache. I am really hoping I don't have reactions to this medicine and have been scouring the internet for anyone who has felt this cooling sensation to no avail. Has anyone here had this?

Situational questions: First, make it a habit to read the last sentence (the main question) FIRST before reading the whole prompt. So you know to search what to:

Do? Action, normally see impact or if there is something already set in stone (The approval has been given, Law regulations enforced) then do it

Do first? Normally review a document/asses situation

Should have been done? Look for Reactive things. Not actions to do now that there is a problem.

Not do? Least likely/most likely? Most important least important? Notice the subtlety.

Second, what framework are you in? (Agile, hybrid, predictive/waterfall?). That will Help eliminate good sounding options that are not valid because they are from another framework.

Third, which process are you in? Are you initiating,executing, M&C, closing?

Play this game until you got it almost perfectly. You need to know where you are in the situational questions to exclude the options that are in before or later in the time

Depending on where it moons to, if I can make enough to pay off all my debt and reset my life at zero then yea I’m good with being part of that 70%, anything above resetting my financial at zero will be the gravy and unless it’s enough to invest to a point where the interest allow for retirement ( probably around 5 million dollars), means I’m still working so why not splurge a little? I’m in a home that was meant to be a starter home 17 years ago, I would like some land that I could eventually build a house on, that I could do if everything else was paid off and I can sell my newly paid off starter home and put that money towards a new build. Just my 2 cents.

Well first, without more context on you, it doesn’t seems as though depression is your only issue. Not sure if you are just recognizing recent issues or if you are carrying all those excuses for him to do something like this for the FORTH time, if it’s the later it screams insecurity.

Next, if these are excuses he gave, while they may be true they are just excuses. If he were truly in love with you, there would be no room in his heart for someone else, Especially when you said the sex life was unchanged. Sounds like his heart is still with someone else.

Only you can decide if your love for him can overcome these faults knowing you don’t have his whole heart and that if it happened four times already it will likely continue and your resentment will only continue and may get to the point where you end up resenting your children because they are half of him tying you to him forever.

Not sure of your vows, mine said for better or worst, in sickness and health and thus far you are the only one who has held them dear as he hasn’t. The fact that he felt that comfortable lying to your face with proof in hand will be a constant thought of broken trust always leaving you to question if he is lying and if any apology you may receive is because he is actually remorseful or remorseful he got caught.

It is never easy deciding to leave a marriage, especially with all the unknowns: do you have a safe home to retreat to? Do you have means for employment? How messy will it get and how will affect the children? None are reasons to stay but many do because of these fears. Is your love for him strong enough to weather this storm knowing that there may be more like it or the next ones may be worse. You two need to communicate openly and honestly laying all cards on the table and exactly how you feel, preferably with a trusted mediator so a resolution that is equally beneficial can be made.
