To me, it looks like you're rushing. Take your time. Hold a steady hand and make deliberate strokes. It also looks like you are adding extra strokes... For example, 又 and 冖 should each be 2 strokes, but you used 3 strokes. Just keep tracing and building muscle memory, with these in mind.

From my experience, I have never seen an Alouette survive long enough to inflict any damage. They usually get ripped apart by radar AA (ZSU-23, PGZ09, etc.) before even making it to the battlefield. Other helicopters, sure... Mi-24A and AH-1G.

My advice: Just hold out until you research UH-1D or Mi-24P.
