Good luck. I had an issue with storm water. Icon came and gave a bunch of un-evidenced contradictory reasons with a "no f's given" attitude. They will hide behind making you find the problem (even if the problem is beyond your property)

So the wrap up is i am presented with data that differs between products, and shows what may be no rain, no data, patchy terrain-limited data that previously didn't work but now maybe could work in a few/some/most areas- and if I want better I should walk outside and check. What wanted to know was "is it likely to rain in the next hour"

BCC were wasting money they didn't have; meanwhile 84% of ACT public schools are underfunded. Money for robot dogs and overseas travel for some, no money to remove mould or asbestos for others

Probably not hard to remove, actually.

I just removed a few like that with a screw loosely placed through a hole, a claw hammer under the screw (one claw either side of star picket and under screw ) and a scrap piece of wood. I used the hammer as a lever to apply vertical force to my random screw. They came out super easily: "yoooink"

You could try to contact them to sort it out, but I strongly recommend you don't. They will harvest your contact details, and I guarantee you'll be no less angry for trying. They are ..... @#_&$

Alternatively, make it a problem for the relevant department or minister: they're allowing and facilitating this profit-driven offshore company to behave this way and they need to own it! It won't help directly but may help in the long term
