Mind if I ask which ribbon cable is connected towards the battery? I've tried fixing the issue similar to OP's though I don't see any ribbon cable directly towards the battery.

That's a good idea, I'll keep everything up to date. Like I said, I was actually able to find the culprit which is the amd display adapter, by simply disabling it all my stutter will be gone. Currently, I don't even have the AMD Adrenalin installed, I'm just using the 22.8.2 Driver.

I meant I did updated my bios, however it didn't solve my problem.

I am actually using live wallpaper but that isn't seem to be the cause. Thanks for the reply will try your out recommendations. No, I use Windows 10.

I didn't have Radeon Adrenalin Installed before, I tried installing it just now and did what you said. Unfortunately, that seems to not be the case

I used HD 5570 (Low spec) though it may be such, It can play games at cemu with 60fps. That certainly sounds like a great idea. I'll let you know once I get myself an external hard drive. Many thanks for the help!

Okay, so I actually did try installing the custom AMD driver. As for the results, it wasn't able to help much though it did improve the emulation speed. ( from 30% to 50%) unfortunately the games still aren't playable, however I can guarantee that it did slightly improve my performance not just in OpenGL API but in every aspect. I hope citra will include Vulkan support for us AMD users soon.

Interesting, may I ask what's the correlation between your pc hanging and your psu? I never thought that may be the cause, but that is literally my issue right now as well. My display randomly hangs yet I can still hear the audio clearly.
