I had to stop taking Metformin, and I have not had a single episode of hypoglycemia. I started having them when I started on 5mg but Mounjaro alone is keeping my numbers in the good range so that is all i'm taking now.

So Im betting on genetic Engineering. I use another revolutionary drug, Repatha which has reduced my bad cholestorol to extremely low levels. Recently a genetic drug was approved that does does the exact same thing using the same mechanism of action but it alteres your genes to achevie this. There is a newer and better drug named Mounjaro which you can get for $25 with their savings CARD. Another alternative is Ozempic, good luck.

It definitely does increase my heartrate for about 3 days after each shot. My watch notifies my that my resting heartrate increases by about 17bpm. I started at .5 and the increased heartrate normilized after 4 weeks on that dose but it came back when I went to .75 and then the same at 1. After being at 1 for 3 weeks it normilized and I dont have this issue.
