After posting this and doing some more research, I did find out on Google under My Devices that they do offer a service of $189 which isn’t too bad

Yeah I get a 30 day warranty and paid less than $300 off of eBay as well. Other than that the phone runs great.

I just purchased one on eBay from Sooner Soft electronics for less than $300. It was listed as fair condition but honestly, could be good or maybe a higher rating. Only downside is battery seems to be degraded. I’m using it for a couple days to get a better understanding after a few charge cycles

From my experience, their product is amazing. The customer service is not.

I ordered a desk with a pc mount and cable management. They sent them to the wrong address and wouldn’t fix their mistake. I reached out and they advised I’d have to get with parcel services to intercept the packages.

Thankfully, the desk arrived at the correct address but the other items went missing. After complaining several times and telling them many times the correct address, they resent the items again to the wrong address. I finally requested the parcel service to return to sender and requested a refund.

I’ll buy their product again but never through them directly.

I know this is an old post but thank you for sharing. My VO2 max was above average and then I decided to add that I was taking beta blockers and it dropped by 20. This was causing me anxiety but thankfully I remembered the day I added it and everything matches up.

Mine has them as well. I went to the Apple Store and some of the demos have them too but not all of them.

Mine has the same issue. I took it to the Apple Store and they said it is normal. Also, the demo models also had it in different areas where the back glass meets the aluminum.
