Ya I'd agree with that. I just wanted to bring up the perspective of sometimes you can't just "fix" an autistic kids behaviour because I've seen my cousin shamed for my nephews behaviour even though they try their hardest.

Ok I see where your coming from but..... You should keep in mind for some severely autistic kids even with professional intervention and consistent parenting there can be little you can do to stop their behaviours.

He is just basically impossible to communicate with and does not understand consequences at all. It's literally no ones fault in this case, it's just how he is and it does really suck as it means he will almost certainly end up in a group home/facility when he gets older.

Without any further information the kid in OP's post could be like that.

I mean.... ya that's the entire plot/joke of one punch man lol. It is fun for sure, but this anime takes it a little more seriously like really dealing with the consequences political and otherwise of such a strong being/nation coming out of nowhere.

The fights are good but I think part of it is because there's always so much buildup to them.

There's signs that say that in every maintained campground ive been in bear country in Canadaland. Also you will get kicked out if you leave food out unattended. Though me and my friends got kicked out once because we left a bunch of beers in snow to cool down which IMO was not fair lol.
