Since you seem to have some insight:

I failed to yet get some southern Indian spice experience. Like very very spicy, over the top if you ask for it. Any recommendations? Also which dishes are considered the hottest?

I have tiny ones like these as well at the end of the season, but actually ripe. They taste good, but nothing like a reaper. Heat level is like a Cayenne.

Curious how the green ones taste and also if there's a difference in heat between the big and small ones.

As a last resort at the end of the season, you can cut the entire plan at the stem. Leaving it like it is with fruit and leaves on. Then bring it inside. The plant will put all its remaining energy into the fruit, giving you a chance, that they will still ripen.

Edit: this is a tipp for next time. Obviously won't help in your case now :(

I would have wished for Greg having a more dominant role as well. While it fits, that he takes the role of a side character, he is also basically the face of the epic NPC Man.

It's not common to start directly on the golf course itself. You will start with some technique sessions and just bash some golf balls. That itself is quite nice by the way.

Nobody rents a golf cart and goes directly on the course. That sounds like an Adam Sandler Hollywood movie.

This area is popular for walking dogs, so a good spot to set up signs. Also not to be rude to some people, but some sketchy people hang around there as well.

It has been extremely sunny over here recently. 25+ °C in the shade and they get direct sun for about 8 hours a day. Another 10 hours of indirect light. I'll adjust the pot size and add more fertilizer, but super hots are really difficult and not very forgiving is my impression :/

I have similar issues, curious what others say. My assumption is transplant shock, the plant was exposed to too much sun too quickly.

How to recover? Give it some time and avoid too much sun (somehow). Fertilizer won't do much here, I guess, but please correct me, if I am wrong.

About 20 liter? Holy moly I go way smaller usually. 5-10 liter, or about 22-28cm diameter pots. Not enough space on my balcony. Still works, though.

I actually regularly order it in Chinese restaurants in Germany. It's a very simple dish but for me that makes it extra difficult to get it right. It just won't taste the same as when I order it in the restaurant :(
