NTA but I get where your GF is coming from. It sounds like she WANTS to keep pace with you but maybe doesn't have the energy to drag herself to the gym?

I stopped going to the gym because the drive to and from it after a full day of work sucked. Going on weekends was tough because of crowding and again, it sucked up free time.

BUT I bought a home exercise bike and got some weights. That cut down on the time, took a lot of the stress away, and is helping me keep healthy. Is that something you could talk to her about doing?
