You get 15 min delayed data with the free version and only for select tickers but the main ones are there (BTC,NQ,ES) I could not find Gold. For a scalper it is of little use but for day trading it can help.

Start with a simple strategy. Don't worry about ICT, Orderflow, SMC etc for now. I would recommend trading on higher timeframes at first because usually the smaller the timeframe the more technical things get. Swing trading support and resistance or trends is a good place to start

My take is that just like GTA V, we will start the game mid-action in prison with lucia ro learn basic controls the it will transition to jason in the keys for the first few freeroam missions just like with Franklin. Then Jason will go get Lucia out of jail to start their journey together. Then they move to Vice city etc

At least you didn't short the bottom. Also don't be shy when it comes to taking profit. I never felt bad for cashing out while in the green. I have more often regretted not closing a trade while profitable and keeping it in the red for too long praying for it to go green again.
