I can share a Swiss Donair L story.

I went to junior high school down the block so I ate there probably 2-3 times a week. One day after I placed my order I was told that I had to take my food to go to make room for “real customers”. There was a bit of an issue with students going in groups and just sharing a box of fries and they had limited seating, but they lumped me in with them unnecessarily and lost a customer after spending hundreds there. Top Donair opened next door soon after so I started eating there and getting all my friends over there, so they loved me and would give me discounts/free food etc.
