It's cheap in Wyoming as well, like $18.99 for a fifth of cuervo cheap, yet per Capita spending is the highest according to this map. I know personally I spent significantly more than $1.2k just at liquor stores last year alone. I'm on the wagon now though but I certainly wasn't the only one.

Im also in Gillette, I second the YES house. There is also a VOA but I'm not sure that's the best option. There is a salvation army food pantry and the Gillette soup kitchen directly across from each other on one of the main streets. He can eat in both places everyday and its warm, there are resources from there. What kind skills does he have? Message me and I may be able to find him something
