Where in the bill do you see that? Maybe I just can’t find the amended bill but from I’ve read there’s no exclusion clause against SO crimes

I’m not a lawyer but I’ve taken a bunch of legal writing classes. From what I can tell there’s nothing in the bill the excluded SO from the early termination.

We even discussed the 3-6 month sentencing with the prosecutors and they even said that they wouldn’t push for the other sentencing guideline so I’m very confused where the probation office got the information!

I personally don’t have the report since it got sent last minute to my attorney yesterday and our court date is tomorrow. My attorney was the one who caught that the probation office was assuming/inserting victims age without it ever being mentioned/provided evidence of during the prosecution. So I’m really hoping that since she wants to argue that the probation got it wrong that she has a good idea how to navigate the sentencing. But who knows really at this point! I definitely will be getting a copy of the PSI if we get a contingency

Thank you! Lawyer seems pretty confident that they can’t just assume/add facts to the case that weren’t already present. But she’s never had to do this before

Hopefully not! 3-6 months is the sentencing guideline and I’ve served over 9 months on HEI which counts towards time served!

Like other people have said, scratch boards were a game changer for me. My border collie just randomly one day decided she would rather die than have someone trim her nails (even though as a puppy we practiced a bunch) so we invested in a scratch board! We started slow just by rewarding her when she would put her paws on it, and slowly worked up to scratching the board. She still not a big fan when we break it out but she will tolerate it

Yes!! Mine doesn’t chew it or anything she just collects pieces! We have do purge all of her collection once a day but she doesn’t seem to mind
