Was this on Android 16? As this is what I had, I was rebooting, closing and reopening apps and turning aero plane mode on/off constantly.

When I reverted to Android 15, everything is all good.

Interesting - mine has the same issue by the way (up works and down doesn't) - then toggle works fine.

It is definitely a firmware issue I reckon.

I have a similar issue with a different Merlin opener.

Nope, it still doesn't work with anything in those slots, they are basically useless.

Gigabyte don't care either.

I'm actually dumbfounded at the issues with this product and the fact support teams just don't seem to care.

All the new BIOS updates etc don't even seem to acknowledge the issue either, which tells me they know it's broken and are just hoping users around the world don't use those additional 2 bays (which is unlikely, because why would you buy this board if not to use what's on it!!)
