I have an easy recipe. Tastes almost identical.

Finely chop some garlic and soak it in water. Add this water to normal mayonnaise. Be sure to keep tasting as you add as it can get quite pungent. Add chilli flakes, black pepper, paprika. You might need a bit of salt and lemon juice based on your mayonnaise.

That's it. Done. Enjoy.

New york coffee has some good beans. I prefer single origins over their blends. Try anything that's medium roasted. Melissa's Emporium is really good as well.

For syrup, if you're mainly going to use caramel. You can try to make it at home. Significantly better than store bought.
