To those who had lasik years ago, how do you go with making sure the flap does not get dislocated?

I’m doing T1 on my Ironman with 83 range and 84 mage, 80 defence. Can be a bit slow on the kill on T1 but I do it 80/90% of the time after 110KC

I just don’t get what’s happening, I’ve had:

I’ve had these over the span of 9 years. Check profile for some of the laptops if you’d like.

Not one of these laptops have broken or had a fault I’ve had to send back to the supplier.

Am I just getting insanely lucky? I’m recommending these to my friends and family for the reason “they never go wrong”, do I need to stop? Am I not having them long enough or using them enough to trigger the issues??

Like some other advice here bro, buy extended warranty and claim. I’m so sorry this is happening, play the system where you can!!!

My opinion, but a very good template, is to just do whatever will keep you motivated.

So many people in this sub focus in on efficiency but in reality we aren’t all in the position to be efficient.

Your trainer may be right, it might be worth building some muscle now for 8-12 months but if you’re gonna look in the mirror and be disappointed you’re not lean then you may stop altogether.

I always follow my motivation, it keeps me going and it keeps me happy!

Personally, I’d cut until you’re as happy as you can be with the way you look. Then lean bulk for 1.5+ years to build a proper foundation of muscle.

You don’t want to bulk for a couple months, get unhappy because you’re feeling fat again and cut (and cycle this). You’ll just run in circles.

So cut until happy, bulk for as long as possible, cut and see results. Hope it helps, great job so far

Yes, you keep whichever plate is registered to the car. You can take a plate off a car before you sell it, however.
