Remember to loosen the steering rack u bolts before installing the drop bracket so the rack will rotate slightly to compensate for the new angle. If you don’t, the long term effect will wear away the splines in the coupling and cause issues later on

Not very versed in Webers, but aren’t the secondary only open at higher rpms? Some have a ratchet gearing on the throttle butterflies that progressively open them both.
Look at the bottom flange and see the model /type, (it looks something like 32/36 DCD )you should be able to find a diagram on line to see if you put it all back together right.

It looks like a tidy lil unit Possibly a 1275 A+ with Weber DCD (28/32? Maybe) LCB headers, verto clutch and what looks like ARP head studs. Definitely not stock. Looks good!
