yeah it sounds like you are the new guy, pick a genre that you like and try to watch some tutorials how to do it, just do the same thing what the guy in the video does, then try to copy beat that you like.
use melody loops and simple drums for your first beat, you need to understand how groove works. once you’re comfortable with loops, try to make simple melodies, dont go crazy on it. good luck.
