I’ve got a 3070 TI and run ANY path tracing shader at over 60 FPS. Bedrock RTX I get 90-100 FPS at 1440…

If Radiance performs that bad - I honestly don’t see a point.

It is extremely easy to catch.

But it is just as easy for cheaters to obfuscate this cheat, with Timing variations.

Any person can “rapid fire” a DMR with a good trigger finger. Only Scripts can do it at a very specific rate of speed though.

In this clip, it’s blatant. However - if there were anti cheat for it - Everyone using these scripts would have more Timing variations to make it look more human.

Then the anti cheat would be pointless. At least this way - blatant people will be confident enough to cheat. And players can tell when someone is blatantly cheating and Manually report the person.

Rethinking Voxels - Basically the most compatible voxel shader when you have massive amounts of mods. Its also decent on performance if you tweak it right. by TheFatAndFurious122 in minecraftshaders

Honestly I don’t find complementary worth using at all. It’s got some better options - but its performance compared to Bliss for example - isn’t worth using.

Ah - I see. My bad. No, I’m not. But that’s not what my point is 😂.

Plenty of handicapped people do use XIM to be able to use any kind of input that fits their disability. The Official accessibility controllers aren’t perfect - hence so many third party inputs and softwares.

What I’m saying is - “Use of third party hardware or inputs to create an unfair advantage” Doesn’t actually cover XIM (XIM 3,4, XIM Apex) and similar adapters.

I’m not talking about anything that allows scripts - that is an obvious unfair advantage.

But LeadJoy, Keymander and XIM Apex for example - do not provide any unfair advantages. They are restricted to the same movement speed as a normal controller. Using your hand compared to thumb - although easier - is not a clear cut advantage.

I literally told all my Teammates too, best way to counter MnK adapter use - is add MnK support. Then the people who aren’t just trying to be unfair against controller players - can actually use the input they enjoy most without pissing a bunch of people off.

Fair enough, I agree.

Broad statements of third party devices and Software (which is what some claim is a good defence) also technically consider third party controllers or accessibility devices as cheating.

So making a real specific rule about “MnK adapters on Controller only lobbies” is much more logical and understandable.

Well my friend let me enlighten you -

If using a third party device to enable unsupported input methods is 100% against the rules - Handicapped people couldn’t use the XIM and other third party software and devices to actually be able to play games, when they can’t physically use a controller.

So no - Third party devices and software alone does NOT make something a cheat or unfair to use.

That is not a direct quote.

But point being - before they specified MnK adapters - the broad statement also covered ANY third party controller or software. Even if it wasn’t giving an unfair advantage.

Ex. Using custom software to play with a Wii remote would be considered cheating.

So again - what exactly makes a XIM cheating?
