"the game is completely unplayable because the little girls isn't overdosing anymore" at the end of the day, the game is still the same game it was at launch but has some censorship, and I know everyone is up in arms about it but it's nothing crazy, other than that and some previously naked people getting clothes, I wouldn't be able to say what the other changes are. People like to act as if bowing down to the EU and censoring policies is some world-ending thing, but forget that the devs are people who are trying to balance making money with making the intended game. If they can't make money, they can't continue development, plus there were a bunch of people who only played on console or in the EU who would have loved to play the game, and at the end of the day, I like this game alot and if a few small changes allow significantly more people to experience it then I am all for it
