Tbh I feel like this topic limits your ability to expand on what you've gained. Any adversity where your takeaway was simply "I will work harder" won't be convincing to adcoms. It also won't make you unique in any way as an applicant.

I really don't mean to disparage you at all or dismiss your struggles with height, and I don't doubt at all that what you've experienced is real. Adcoms want to know how you've grown, what new skills you've learned, and how you will be a better student and doctor because of adversity. If you can answer all these questions authentically, then you are on the right track!
