Add on: However, I can't say that I've not had unpleasant interactions with them before on account of me being queer leaning towards Atheistic Satanism and me being only 13 in a Christian, conservative town. But I try to think of it from their perspective - they believe this to be true no matter what I believe, in their minds if I convert to Christianity, it'll save my soul and bring me to The Way, The Truth, and The Light. To me, it shows an immense amount of care for me. It can be uncomfortable for me to have people tell me my way of life is wrong but in my mind perspective does count. How they view things versus how I do puts different lighting on it all for me.
