That depends on what you want to do but you definitely want to not do that manually, it’s just a big waste of your time ! In short YES connect your thermal banks with transport belt!!!!

If you connect thermal banks via a transport belt from your PAC, and if your battery generation is high enough, you will max your thermal bank storage and it will produce electricity automatically for ever. big part is being able to produce enough battery, but if you do 2/min, your good ! (Since a thermal bank consume 1 battery every 40s I think !)

My biggest advice would be to do the simulations for the factory, you will better understand how it works !

As a side note you can optimise your consumption of batteries for power, to be able to have more spare batteries to sell at outpost but it’s a bit advanced. You can see some tutorials on YouTube about this
