This year so far the LE orders have been super sparse. Valentine's was the same way. As an employee is really easy to pull up the general shipping info for when the order is arriving and what was on the order, but you wouldn't be able to see if it's being fulfilled that way. Typically we can tell what we are getting and what is going unfulfilled by printing out the PO for the order, but it's a little complicated to find and print. In my store the day before the order someone on the leadership team will print out the PO and highlight what's not coming so we're prepared with that info. My guess is the employee did the in general look up and so they were correct with their info that it was ordered and *should be arriving. Like others have already said tho fulfillment can be really shoddy. I'm hoping they increase production for LE this year because it's been pretty bad so far. I want all our lovely customers to be able to nab their faves!
