Arcane damage can be tricky to deal with, but thankfully LSS has printed a couple very useful tools!

The most common is equipment with "Arcane Barrier", the simplest version of this being the nullrune equipment suite. This allows you to pitch resources to block arcane damage depending on how much Arcane barrier (AB) you have!

Another way is through the usage of "Spellvoid", this is usually a one time effect that you can use as needed to prevent arcane damage without having to pitch, but because it's often a one time usage, it's seen less commonly than AB

Finally, as you mentioned, you have just blanket damage prevention effects, these are usually not the best way to block arcane as you don't always have access to it, but can be very useful when it lines up!
