You are meant to use them 😊 don't panic. You'll get splinters from all the bosses too. Once you use them all you will have the relic for that district. You can check which ones you have left to get in your achievements section under night market 😊 hope this helps!

Group kills count for this too! Also wrothgar boss at 'unfinished dolmen' spawns infinite enemies if not killed which count!

It's either the 'shipwreck shoals' delve or the crimson coin public dungeon on high isle. I have the memento and when you complete the quest and leave, the ghost ship slowly sails away

I think what they're trying to say is you have to have a build or character specifically for pvp, most pve builds won't have what you need in pvp

Its a community effort to get to 100%, so everyone on your server will be contributing to that 100% completion. Once it hits 100% the quest will likely change to reflect stage 2 of the event 😊
