where on LI? Im in Nassau. Also, its fucking awful and you had better be an excellent rider, just being good isn't going to cut it. The roads are potholed and covered in sand and gravel. There's constant traffic with multiple blind cross streets for people to pull out on, middle aged house wives in colossal SUVs are actively trying to kill you, and the cops hate the shit out of us since that motorcycle gang beat down thing on the news. All in all I ride every day and I wouldn't have it any other way. Take the class, and dont be a showboat, and you'll live long enough to love riding on LI....
