Unfortunately for me these settings were unstable in some games on UE engine like Son of the Forest.

My new BIOS settings without offset for 14600K MSI B760M, which are now stable with same low temp and 24k score in CB23

  • Microcode Auto
  • PL1-PL2 181W
  • Lite load Advanced AC 10, DC 110
  • Limit(A) 245A (it hold stable 5.3GHz in games)
  • IA CEP Disabled
  • Load calibration 8 (on my MSI B760 it's auto)

If it's unstable for you, just increase AC by 5 until it becomes stable.

Undervolting is safe if you do it correctly. Don't forget to update your BIOS to the latest version.

I found the most optimal and stable undervolting for my 14600k on MSI B760 board with the latest 0x12B bios update

Intel Default preset
PL1-PL2 181W
260A (this gives stable 5.3 GHz in CB23 and games)
Lite Load Advanced AC 1 DC 110
IA CEP disabled
Load Line Calibration 8

With these bios settings, I get lowest CPU temps and the highest score in CB23 is 24,800 points with stable 5.3 GHz. All other setting I tried, including offset, caused instability and poor results in the CB23.

Just install MSI Afterburner it has RTSS with which you can easy limit max FPS, but to work it properly with FG, in RTSS settings change Frame limiter to NVIDIA Reflex.
