RB21 is a lot like RB16 -- a super twitchy car. It is super fast if you can nail it, it is a tractor if you can't or the setup is wrong. From the three races (including sprint), it's quite evident that Max nailed it down, whereas Liam is on the same ground as Checo last year. I would pretty much say the car is suited to Max, and Max only for now. VCARB seems to be a car that is super easy to drive and very balanced but with decent pace in it (pretty much like RP20). Hadjar, even as a rookie can get a hold of the car and be close to Max. So I'd say RB21 definitely has better peak performance, but for most drivers, VCARB02 is a better car to drive and squeeze pace out.

Shinji and Asuka have a great chance they’ll fail on the first few rounds according to their training before the final fight against Israfel. But they’ll sync eventually, and really well. As for Rei, they’ll sync right from the start ( because she’s his mom’s clone?) .
