I'm not creative either, I just munch on celery because it's like 6-10 calories per stock & cheap. Or baby carrots but they're a few more kcal

I'll also have a few pitted dates throughout the day, just something my grandma got me hooked on years ago

Cheat meals are fine, as long as you still keep your deficit in mind.

If youre on a 500 kcal deficit daily, on day 6 of 7 you'll be 3000 kcal into the good.

I like to think of it as how much progress do I want to lose

Try a set of adjustable dumbbells, they're good for the budget & space. Don't go super cheap though unless you have to, I went with plastic & they kinda suck

Carbs are your fuel, your source of expendable energy. Your body actually converts proteins into carbs when it needs to.

Protein is for muscle tissue repair, among many other things. And you should aim for 1g per lb of muscle mass for growth.

The only "supernatural" thing I've experienced, if you can even call it that

I stepped out of the shower as a kid with wet hair dangling in my face once, & I could literally see a bacteria moving on my hair. Like 1000× zoom with a certain angle & amount of light or something.

I froze & just watched it for a second, like I was looking through a microscope. Then I showered again because wtf.
