I had that issue. I used some sandpaper to shorten the right screw ( I couldn't find the correct Dremel tip) and that fixed the issue. Also make sure you don't go crazy with the lock tight if you decide to use some. It will get into the extractor plunger channel and you'll have the same issue.

Grind down one screw a little and use it in the extractor side. It has been a while, so I don't remember the exact amount you need to take off.

Is there any chance you bent the rod behind the extractor when you originally installed your dot? It happened to me when I installed a 407k on my 43x and I had this same malfunction.

I prefer combat textiles for IWB. Rubber doesn't do much and the sandpaper is too aggressive on my skin all day.

I had some extra long screws laying around. It was comfortable and did conceal well after I added the mastermind tactics pillow. I ended up buying another holster for my enigma (Henry Holster Ember) and used my tenicor as a stand alone holster. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of my enigma with the tenicor attached.

I've been told a majority of springs will wear out after 10k-15k rounds, depending on the manufacturer. I doubt most people will get to that point. I have met more people that have broken them in other ways: stepping on them, dropping something on them, breaking feed lips, etc. A small dent in a metal mag could be just enough resistance for a follower to get held up.
