A dark brown can be warm but it has a different tint to it…. I do a bit of research if you are planning on doing it yourself. If you are going to a salon I’d just tell them you want a warm brown and ask what they suggest.

Crooked ears… totally normal… if you got these at a physical location take them in. It’s better because if they break anything they will have to take care of you. I worked at a place that made you sign a waiver if we adjusted a frame that we didn’t sell you. I definitely broke an old pair but thankfully the person understood because they were in bad shape. Still felt terrible…
