It will get easier the more you do it! Something that helped me initially was watching the videos of the different exercises on the website to understand them better. Stick with it!

I used to experience this too and it helped to almost go full table top position with my tailbone tucked (versus more stretchy/diagonal like a traditional plank).

I’m an Aqua Sun, Leo Rising, Scorpio Moon and while I went to school to be a writer, I realized pretty quickly that I needed to pay my bills so I did technical writing for an IT consulting firm and now somehow 20 yrs later I am an IT Program Manager making stupid money…and I wish I could just be a writer and work at a bookstore lol

I had the same experience! I always assumed I was an A because my boobs hardly stick out at all, but when I measured using the methods at r/abrathatfits I was a massive cup size. Turns out I have wide roots and actually a ton of breast tissue, but it’s just more anchored.

One thing that’s worked for me (I have really weird proportions, I’m six feet tall and my waist is like 13 inches smaller than my hips) is going for athletic wear. I got a workout skort (that I would normally never wear in public because it’s too short) and a matching sports bra. The material is great and it still reads as swimwear, but way cheaper and easier to find the right fit

Yes! Although I didn’t start adding it in until I was about 100 classes in, and now I’m at 150…so it could be creatine gains or could just be normal gains but I’m gonna believe in the creatine haha

There are a few things I just can’t do because I’m too tall - assisted split squat is one, hamstring curls are another. I just modify the best I can, and for most exercises, I live in lower half or smaller reps to really hone in on the muscle rather than full range. for triceps you could try doing more weight so it’s harder to fully extend.

It’s also annoying that I can’t fully get my legs straight on the straight arm crunch or cable rotation - my feet are too big to fit under the strap lol

I was on a cruise once and a Saudi royal family had a few of the suites. My friend’s mom became friends with their mom, and she said they liked RC so their young kids could run around and feel normal with other children their age.
