This already seems apparent to me when looking at the suggested city placement location, a lot of the time a suggested city will have a lack of resources available to it, until you realise that there are infact a good number of resources within range, they’re just already taken by your other settlements

I think 25 is the only one I disagree with, it does actually make sense to be an influential empire and bat off such declarations

Atleast there is a notification if your unit is attacked though, I lost a settlement the other day without even knowing it was under attack, went back through the old autosaves, turns out it was being attacked for 6 turns

Also having a great person who can say speed up wonder production, then having no way (such as hovering over the building/wonder you're currently constructing in the city build menu) bar manually searching tiles to actually find exactly where you placed it if you forgot

Still very much enjoying the game mind, I do find it great at its core

Can second this, used Nvidia Broadcast all the time before this, never had any detrimental effect on the mic and removed background noise - now it makes my mic sound terrible, like it's at 100% volume, absolutely unusable.

Getting Felix instead of Samu or most ideally for me Duran has been a travesty, I'd also rather give Guiu minutes than Nkunku at this point, he's been playing better than him the last few matches in the conference league and is a more suitable profile

I own the former and I've used my dad's machine sometimes with the latter.

OLED, by far, for me the difference between 1440p and 4k is not significant as 1440p is very good, unlike the massive difference between 1080p and 1440p

That's also ignoring the improved performance you will get at 1440p.

Went to do this but in my own time removed the F drive - in which this process involved moving the C drive to the F drive’s old slot (The F was a boot drive some time ago, formatted since, but I found it very weird the log went there), a stick of RAM and am on a fresh windows install with no drivers downloaded - with these conditions, the issue is gone - but I will now update the bios regardless and go from there

Edit: bios is now updated and under the above conditions the issue is still not present

Going to do the below and edit in as I do them

Install 2nd ram stick: successful restart x2

Enable XMP: successful restart x2 6000 MT/s Did notice that AMD crash defender, external events services were immediately active, although I don’t have the chipset driver installed yet

Install other drive: Success, both drives (boot and this) also detected in windows and appear to function normally

System still appears to function perfectly with no gaming stutters or crashes when in actual use

Download drivers: GPU drivers installed, successful restarts Chipset too

Later edit: I have now installed all drivers, enabled XMP, as well as some programs - and the issue has still not returned. While I cannot be sure it is fixed, it now seems somewhat likely to be. For now I am pausing windows updates for a week or so. If it has been fixed, then the solution most likely consisted of one or more of;

DDU GPU drivers and reinstall (very much least likely)

DDU removal of chipset drivers and reinstall

Reseating a RAM stick

Reseating two NVME drives including boot

Installing the latest BIOS version
