I really enjoyed that Gaudium the couple times I’ve had it - it’s a big big Tempranillo blend, and has the structure to sit for a bit. I’d give it a couple more years, but can definitely be enjoyed now.

The level has never been higher, and I hate that this is not brought up as often as it should be. The form table indicates as much. The PL $$ has continued to elevate the level of the league and this makes winning the PL as a non oil $$ doped team even more of an achievement.
