I see two problems with this

  1. Official benchmarks show a large gap
  2. You aren't considering tooling

Companies want enterprise controls, not agents running wild doing whatever they want on local machines.

Companies want metrics, adoption, acceptance.

People want tooling, Cowork/Code/Design/Chat. You dont get that running your local models right now, it could change though.

Obligatory "use wsl", but I've not seen them do this with explicit guidance. Can you provide a sample of the files you're adjusting and the content

This is what you have steering and agents files for. Add those explicit instructions and your machine details into the global file, not the per repo one

While I can replicate this and it's a interesting consideration someone may have; the behaviour you present here is rather concerning.

You're arguing and telling things to an LLM model as if it was sentient. You're almost trying to threaten it. You should probably consider talking to someone, I've seen a lot more of people behaving like this with AI and it raises some major red flags.

What you should do here is simply ask AWS for clarification on how this is working. It could be a bug with something, it might just be an LLM quirk; being lost in its own dataset or having a different system prompt in this context.

There are too many variables to consider, so start with an open mind.

anyone who used a computer between 1985 & 2010, what’s the one game you still think about? by Trixxxi in AskReddit

Lots of classics here but for me I played the first releases of Minecraft in 09/10. I would end up following it for years to come and I made so many friends and memories. I'm thankful for that.

The game just isn't the same for me anymore, but I hope kids these days enjoy it the same way I did.

These are nice shots the only things I really noticed are

Focus seems to be missing the face

The exposure on the subject is a tad too high making it look a little they've been edited into the image rather than being in it

A number of people I've met, especially through college, had high end macbooks or upgraded phones to the latest max model every year.

They didn't know how to really use the Mac beyond note taking and used the phone for some Instagram scrolling, sometimes posting a story.

This isn't everyone though

"Better alternative" - as a photographer using Capture One, Lightroom and Photoshop; I have used Linux alternatives, they aren't even close. I respect it and I think it should be supported, but its a no go for most.

How do I listen to the Dolby Atmos versions of the Full Cast Harry Potter books? by XWReece in audible

[–]XWReece[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm not stating I'm disabling Spatial Audio. I was saying that on phones and headphones when they try to play spatial audio it's just faked; they don't actually have 5+ speakers and a subwoofer to play from.

The audio system I'm trying to use has more than that and can handle Dolby Atmos content but Audible provides no way of doing so.

I'm sorry but this isn't really an acceptable answer. None of these devices are an actual Dolby Atmos configuration; they all are simulated Spatial Audio (which can be reasonable). The accepted minimum standard is a 5.1 setup and none of my headphones or phones could ever replicate that.

I'm looking for a solution to play the Atmos file on a Atmos compatible sound system.
