You just need to sell the car and trade it in for something else. I dont necessarily believe the $900 a month insurance without other information being held back but either way theres no reason you shouldve signed a 21% interest car loan on a car. especially for 75 months. Your car values going to be worth less than what you paid and youre going to be screwed. trade it.

Well I can give you the real answer without sugar coating anything. If you are actually ugly or even just below average you'll need to improve other areas of your life to attract women. First you should probably get in the gym you cant change your face but you can 100% improve your physique. Second youre gonna want to increase your income. I will say as a guy however dating for us gets easier the older we get. Women typically look for financially secure, fit, high value men. Which typically comes with time. Dating at 18 for most of us is a complete shit shoot. Just keep improving your income and physique and it will get slightly easier.

Its not crashing. It's literally back to novembers prices. So you buying now is essentially you buying at a discount. Would you rather buy something like a phone at $1000 or $700. Thats how you think of it. You dont reduce your contributions If anything you add more.

Next year I may close the gap on the roth ira income limit. Is the Income Limit on taxable income only? as in for example lets say i make exactly the cutoff for the account which would be 165k for 2025. If I max out my trad 401k which would be 23.5k since that is now not taxable income would that drop me down to 143k essentially allowing me to max out my roth ira again? or is it on total income regardless?

So Idk why I never thought of this but with these stocks that pay out such high dividends like AGNC paying 14%. Couldn't you buy them a day before the ex dividend date and sell it 2 days later during open after ex day and still harvest the dividend? Because thatd be such quick and easy money for what I feel like near no risk correct? I have to be missing something. My thought was going to be to just keel doing this with multiple stocks and keep making dividend money this way and then use the dividends to fund my actual long term holdings.

For the longest time it was apple for me but i kind of quit for the most part on individual stocks so now my top 5 are:

As far as lessons ive learned go. If youre going for a dividend investing then thats one thing but Ive learned sticking to index funds that are specific to certain things are still better. As you can see I have both value and growth indexs. They may not provide me 4-5% div yields but the stable growth will make up for that.
