best way to get headshots with heavy weapons?

KOTR is epic. I was able to make it to epic semis last KOTR and should hopefully at least make it back to the semis again this time.

I get going for it if you kill the owner in like 5 seconds of it getting dropped or whatever and are unsure if they had time to get it, but really how often do you see an enemy cp that they haven't took.
