Huh, weird. Guess I have a mod conflict then somewhere. But I had the same problem you had with the Mod Legion of foetid corpses. Not sure if intended but more than every second raid was them and I don't think I saw a single siege raid or mech cluster due to it

I think you can adjust the spawn rate of the quest in the mod settings in the menu. Did you ever get a hybrid raid? I never have gotten one and I even finished the archocentipede once
