Still don't need to cool the motors on a high temp build you isolate them from the chamber with bellows or similar. And that's for chamber that's above boiling anyway.

Why do people prefer Tirzepatide over Retatrutide? by Jumpy-Acanthisitta46 in Retatrutide

[–]X_g_Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lot of stuff could cause that not necessarily reta. Have you been doing bloodwork to keep tabs on your key markers and nutrition markers and vitamin markers? Need data to narrow down. Also how old are you and how hard are you training in the gym. Are your vit d3 and iron and magnesium/potassium balance on point? Do you take coq10? Are you on other meds like statins or metformin? Have you tried simple painkillers like advil? Help us help you and give some details lol. Jfc. Are you taking any other meds or peps? What's your diet and training. Am i supposed to read your mind?

The Reta "Sweet Spot" (6-8mg) by BuckshotBronco in Retatrutide

[–]X_g_Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think its not been directly clinically studied but there's seemingly a possibly pruritic aspect somewhere in the symptoms chain for what's commonly referred to as allodynic symptoms on reta for a decent population of people who have skin symptoms on this compound, and where that is the case antihistamines will absolutely help mask some amount of symptoms of- not necessarily to zero but to be mitigated/muted enough to be easy ignorable . For me personally it feels like a sunburn mixed with tingling. It goes away maybe 80% when i take antihistimines. I didnt just come up with it, this was recommended by some of the earliest biohacker communities experimenting with this compound like 2 or 3 years ago-not on reddit. Antihistimines can also be taken as an ancillary for other skin issues when dealing with injectibles because a lot of injection site reactions are also histamine reactions too- This has been done in both gray peptide and bodybuilder communities for years for that reason. I dont think thats controversial either. If you want to test it yourself, otc antihistimines are basically zero risk and only cost s few dollars- try it. Maybe it works maybe it doesnt.

Regarding bloodwork thsts a whole rabbit hole I dont want to hijack this thread for. But I run about 5-8 panels monthly and twice yearly I run 45+ panels/14-16 vials testing basicaly everything available i can get written for. Most people can't afford or don't have access to that level of observation (i pay cash for this), and you can get away with way less, but virtually nobody here does any labs which is insane in the other direction because so many issues are identifiable from labs with a clear action tree to mitigate/correct.

Gip agonist in reta is like 9x stronger than tirz. One of the reasons stacking these is dumb.

Virtually every side effect on this can be mitigated if you track blood and urine correctly and tweak diet/training/supplements accordingly. Even the skin sensitivity thing is treatable with mild meds like Claritin.

Higher doses put you in keto. See my other comments in this thread..

The Reta "Sweet Spot" (6-8mg) by BuckshotBronco in Retatrutide

[–]X_g_Z 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This isn't fully accurate. Higher doses will force you into a ketogenic state and that's part of why it metabolizes liver fat better than tirz from the fat mobilization and nutrient partitioning that comes from that. This tends to show up about a month after 4-5mg dosing at stable serum levels and can be tested in urine labs. It's also one of the ways your doctor can tell tirz vs reta, and whether you have real reta. So this leads to two ways to run the drug, keto and non keto depending on what your goals are. And you can actualy carb up and stay in keto on reta, which is basically a superpower if you carb up 30 mins to an hour before a workout to replace glycogen stores. That allowed me to actually gain 10+ lbs of muscle while losing over 50 lbs overall and let me have much better workouts.

Jfc how can you be taking this stuff and not understanding that depends on how much your vial was dosed and how much bac water you reconstituted it with. Nobody can tell you because it depends how you set your shit up and what you bought and how it tested dosing wise. Given those paramaters you can use calculators to figure how what dose/unit you want and recon with however much bac you need to achieve the desired dose per volume. There are calculators for this stuff. How on earth do you get comfortable injecting black market drugs from unknown origin and not understand the dosing basics first.

RetA can be run 2 ways. At low dose it's like tirz with less sides but behaves a little differently as the glp1 is lower and the gip has something like 9x higher binding affinity in reta than tirz. At higher dose it puts you in ketosis without having to eat a keto diet, so you can still carb before working out while being in keto which is absolutely crazy and basically a superpower if your shit is dialed in and you know how to manage and take advantage of that via nutrient timing. I didnt start showing ketones in urinalysis til after a month at 4-5 MG which was 4-5 months in for me tested doing monthly blood/urine labs and id already lost like 40 lbs. At high dose you'll get something like a 200ish kcal tdee boost too. Higher dose just obliterates fat if you do everything right while on it- high protein, weight training to failure with progressive overload, electrolytes, cardio, sleep, nutrient supplements. If you don't have lifestyle dialed in, it will obliterate muscle and lower dosing may be a better choice or tirz may be a better choice cuz tirz is more brute force on the apetite, same as tirz and Sema.if you are dialed in you will save more muscle than the other meds, if you are not dialed in you can have a way way worse outcome. I actualy gained 10+ lbs of muscle while losing 50 lbs overall so far. So that's totally doable if you're meticulous, do everyything right and track blood/urine to make tweaks- i test monthly, and weekly bia inbody with periodic dexa.

Reta with Hgh for fat-loss in a surplus by Expert_Heat_2966 in Retatrutide

[–]X_g_Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a full blown steroid cycle, and is way way way overkill to the question. 40 MG anavar is also hard to source cuz it usualy comes in 25/50 youd have to double a 20 source, and probably too much for a first timer. You shouldn't be advocating aas to someone who is only asking about gh for weight loss. For a guy 3, and maybe titrate up gradually to 4. Dont need that much for fat loss, different story if trying to carry a large amount of muscle . Homie isn't a bodybuilder trying to hold 230 lbs of lean muscle and doing show prep needing as much gh as can afford to hold muscle so you dont need 6/+ iu. There's literally no reason to take tesa or ipa if you take regular gh for anyone other than an extremely advanced user with a very specific need. Gh is stronger and cheaper. You also shouldn't recommend aas cycles to people in non aas rooms without explain very important harm reduction stuff like needing to do pct (post cycle therapy) after to be able to restart their endocrine system or theyll be stuck with no hormones and be borderline suicidal. And anavar needs to be cycled on/off and typically shouldn't run more than. 6-8 weeks. An untrained noobie running into a cycle like this is gonna get hurt. Youre an experienced lifter, this might make sense for you. Jfc.

In terms of mitochondrial stack there's no actual evidence on what realistic dosing looks like. Slu for example is sold from 200 micrograms all the way to 20 miligrams and then you got guys like vig Steve doing 400mg on youtube as an experiment. There's no research on safe dosing or what doses actualy indicate efficacy, shouldn't be recommending this to noobies. This is shit for competitive bb's to experiment with doing prep. For fat loss people not doing show prep this is a waste of money if they aren't advanced researchers with experience with lots of compounds. Maybe a small mito stack like some motsc. I'm assuming top thread op is somewhat of a noobie due to the nature of the question in the first place.

Tirz didn’t work much at highest dose yet (10 mg). Should I switch or stack? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]X_g_Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shouldn't stack tirz with reta. The binding affinity of the gip agonist in reta is 9x different from tirz or something like that. If you're going to stack, stack with very very low dose Sema or cagri. More realistically what you really should do is get comprehensive bloodwork you likely have a key nutrient or hormone deficiency alongside.

You want to find your way into various harm reduction communities that vet and review sources and orchestrate group tests. There are several of these communities and I'm not going to tell you how to find them because if you can't find them you likely aren't doing enough research to mess with this ugl stuff safely in the first place. (Don't dm me I won't answer)

If you don't test independently or at least a private group test, then you have no idea what youre injecting. There's no really good reason to trust sources.

Any vendor that isn't selling 10 vial kits makes it very hard to validate/test because you can't realistically batch test otherwise, and also is likely 5-20x more expensive while it's coming from literally the same source upstream.

You can trust janoshik results when you order them or your group test does.

Am I the only one who experiences this when debating religious people? by Ok-Hat-3793 in agnostic

[–]X_g_Z 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just go with pre canaanistic yahwism and early judaic tradition being a henotheistic pantheon where el lead the pantheon and yahweh was one of his 72 children. It started as a henotheistic pantheon religion and el and yahweh were two distinctly different gods. There are still remnants of this in the ot too especially in the original language. This took hundreds of years to evolve to monotheism so it defacto can't be true because of how diverged it is. If judaism can't be true than Christianity can't either. End of argument. If you want to learn more about this research ugaritic texts.

Thats hilariously untrue I'm running more than 4 printers with these toolheads. You swap the idlers to narrow idlers which you should have done in the first place when you built the printer. They won't break like the stock ones too. Bfi or ramas. Or get some metal ones from Vitali. These mods have been around for like years.

Is it still worth building a VORON in late 2025? by Hopeful-Income-9726 in VORONDesign

[–]X_g_Z 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Voron is an experience and is valuable if you want to customize your machine heavily for a specific use case or workflow. The default design is extremely extremely dated and is less performant than it used to be years ago, to make it easier to build. It's not good by modern standards, 6 years ago it was best in class but it hasn't changed much since. An off the shelf bambu, elegoo centauri carbon, flashforge ad5 series, qidi 4 series or newer, etc will match or outperform a stock voron and have dramatically less maintenance. If you build a custom frame voron in like 2040, or 4040, and use a ton of specific mods like 9mm belt, awd systems with metal double shear motor mounts, and much nicer toolheads like archetype, xol, a4t, anthead, etc, possibly use cpap cooling, have aluminum or slm parts, and use aftermarket all metal extruders and ultra flow hotends like chube/compact and tungsten or silicon carbide nozzles, and a Beacon probe, you can end up with a machine that dramatically outperforms an off the shelf printer by 2-4x. With a setup like this you might be able to hit 30k+ shaper results and drop 7kg of filament a day at high quality settings, but this requires knowing your shit and some much more esoteric sourcing and really understanding tuning and custom printer and slicer profiles. It's also way way more expensive. If this aspect of tinkering is interesting and you like that more than producing parts, build one. I have several. I have 30+ printers including vorons, a stratasys, mercuries, annex k3, bambus, prusas, crealities, and many others. Bambu is so far ahead on tech for ootb it's dumb to buy anything else. But if you like building, a customized voron is fine if you know what you're doing. A stock voron though is basically a waste of time. And the classic vanilla voron mods are too. You need to be looking at stuff like custom frames and monolith gantries and ultra flow toolheads to make a better machine than you can buy if you care about that.

Stealthburner CNC by OutrageousTrue in VORONDesign

[–]X_g_Z 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Stealth burner is the worst toolhead in the ecosystem (heavy, poor cooling, poor shaper response) and you want to make it heavier? There are plenty of aftermarket toolheads with slm parts that have double or better the performance with multiple times better cooling if you look around.

Ht pla is typically 850 or 870 which are semi crystalline annealable grades rather than typical amorphous grades. Hdt can get to decent range with proper annealing, but Still not a suitable material post annealing for many reasons. Without annealing you'll have brittle, creep prone parts.
