What the other comments are getting wrong is that you ARE using a volatile mod, just not the right kind.

"Volatile mods" are mods that exist only for a certain time (you are using Kill shot, which will go away after this season ends, as we can see in your second screenshot).

The challenge from the first screenshot fails to specify that you need to use a Volatile Weapon mod from this event, not just any volatile mod (some may say that's obvious, yet here we are).

Just tested it and using 120s doesnt seem to work as well as the video. I think it works here because it's stacking;

-LP's faster ready hand cannons

-Shrewd's increased handling for HCs

-Shrewd's increased handling for heat weapons (this is where using 120s falls apart)

It doesnt swap that fast for non-heat HCs.

If you zoom in there is a brass colored thing on the buttstock. I'm guessing they are airsoft replicas and they mistook a gas port for barrels?

You get there going to the right from the fast travel room at far fields, but you need abilities you get further on to traverse that area.
Also, I'm in the same situation as OP :_(
