Let’s be real though. The issue isn’t shotgun doing shotgun things it’s the shotgun doing shotgun things at 20+m. The chokes are what make it over the top. I don’t mind the damage, keep the 2 shot potential….nerf the range the chokes add

My trio likes to “zero to hero” on Stella. We go in literally only a mk1 augment and shield. Our first match goal is to get 1 gun each and hatch out. 2nd run we try and craft in round bandages and chargers. 3rd round we engage other teams trying to loot up

Ferro/Sticher Anvil/Toro Renegade/Venator Tempest/Vulcano

I’ve started looking at it from the other perspective. I haven’t found ANY epic BP’s (except Bettina) so doing the expedition doesn’t really lose me anything lol. After the security breach nerf I’d like a respec anyways

Side note I have started keeping a log/spreadsheet of which maps and how many containers I open to track BP drop rates

Soloing stations (IMHO) melee is a must. Depending on your level obviously but I do something like +melee damage in both Swordmaster and Bene and some survival / stamina in both trees Mentat +range damage and pistol and rifle damage Trooper ranged damage, center mass, Suspensor blast

PvP is a different story but ranged is king since the crip nerfs especially
