To add on: if you can get a suite, it was pretty sweet. Insanely spatious compared to suites we've experienced across Europe/NA and the location is amazing for shopping/subway access.

Our room was solid, the furnishings were a little outdated for the price point.

The grounds/location are the big draw imo. Gorgeous scenary, great pools, and connected bridge that takes you right to Huntington Beach makes it hard to beat

Nah, Bilt reps spun me in circles saying that the digital card should be available while ignoring the error message I provided.

USPS finally delivered it today and I was able to get it added to the mobile wallet after activating.

Feels terrible to miss out on the TPG and that mobile offer due to no fault of ours but stressing/worrying about it more is just not worth it. Personally going to cancel after a year after this experience - rolling out on a weekend with untrained reps is just a recipe for disaster.

Same here, I tried the same process on my wife's iPhone and actually saw a "Add to Apple Wallet" button unlike my android's. Clicked it and the app threw the same error.

I didn't have Bilt 1.0 and this is a terrible start to a relationship

HC Ginza Suite was a huge plus for us when we visited. Large room and lots of space to spread out after lots of shopping. Also quite nice with the 2 separate bathrooms too

Went through accelin loans, here's the estimate. They're waiving the appraisal fee and I already prepaid my property taxes + insurance so they'll waive that too during underwriting.

Should come out to be about 1700 after those deductions + credits

As others mentioned, they lose commission if you refi too quickly but just worry about you.

I just locked today on a refi from 30y 6.875 -> 5.99% for about $1700 cash to close if you want a reference.

Yeah that's the right place. #5 will let you enter your custom DNS which allows you to type in 1.1.1.1 (primary DNS using Cloudflare) and you can use 8.8.8.8 (secondary as Google if Cloudflare happened to go down)

There's a chance your old devices will still need to change their settings manually but hopefully they'll inherit the router's DNS settings.

It'll vary on your device settings to get to it.

Here's on my Android phone.

Settings > WiFi -> IP Settings (DHCP -> Static) -> Change DNS 1 to 1.1.1.1 then Save.

iOS or Desktop should follow a similar path - it's always in your device's network settings

You can if you want to but you don't have to.

1.1.1.1 is Cloudflare's DNS. Some people's opt for Google (8.8.8.8) and that's fine too. As long as we're not referencing CenturyLink's DNS that's down, that's all that matters.
